Really not happy about their service.
We recently bought a new house with built-in WiFi access point installed by them. They did not leave any contact info , manual or anything to instruct us how to setup wifi with our own user name and password. We have to call our builder to get their contact and after that we still have to keep calling them to find out instructions. Further , the wifi access point is supposed to be always powered on, but they did not even power it on or miss connect the wifi and we have to call them to come to fix the issue.
