This dental office is extremely deceiving, disorganized, lacks communication, and offers overpriced services. Highly recommend looking elsewhere. **No, this review wasn’t a mistake and yes, I was a patient. You’ve responded to my review on yelp and it was a pathetic excuse. You sent me a bill for $131 a year later and I call it BS.

This issue still has not been resolved. After I was told 2 weeks ago that the remaining claims would be filed i have found that they yet again failed to file additional claims. I literally had to point out to them what they did not file with the insurance to get them to do it correctly. I’m being told that they NOW have filed all claims. We will see... Due to this i have asked for the owner or manager to please contact me. It has been two day of me calling in and being told that he is not available but will all me back. These people know they messed up and do not even have the decency to call back. Not to mention it took for me to post a comment in reviews to get an apology for the initial over charge of $732!!! DO NOTgo to this place for any services their billing people have no idea what they are doing and their customer service has been terrible!

I scheduled appointments for my two children and myself. We had some procedures done in Nov 2017. Everything went well the staff and the Dr were very nice and accommodating. I did feel that the price was high but I knew we needed the work done so agreed to pay it. After reviewing my Explanation of Benefits from my insurance company and comparing to what I paid I found that I was over charged. When I contacted the office to confirm they advised me that I was owed a refund of over $700!!!!!!!

Obviously I wanted to make sure everything was billed and reconciled correctly so I requested a copy of all charges for my family and copy of payments they showed received. After reviewing this I found that not only was I over charged but they failed to report over $800 in charges to my insurance company!!!! As of today they resubmitted ALL claims to the insurance company.

I'm extremely disappointed on how the billing was handled to say the least. I understand that mistakes are made but at what point were they going to contact me to let me know that I over paid $700? It took for me to call their office and several hours of back and forth to get them to realize their mistake.
