Most all machines are working. The place needs paint badly, new folding tables (current tables are horrible) and laundry carts suck too. I used one cart that had all the rubber torn off the wheels. Air circulation is bad. Not enough seating and the chairs look like they were dragged out of a dumpster somewhere. An internal face lift is needed. The place looks dirty because the building is old but paint, floor chairs, carts and tables would make a huge difference. In the last year I have come here three or four times. Each time I have seen a different employee working, none have been friendly and during my three hour visits the employee on duty (each one) will not even smile.
