Regal Nails Salon & Spa at 1800 University Drive, Vista, California.

I finally found a salon where I walked out loving my nails and not having one complaint. Helen was recommended by a friend n I only wish I had asked where she got her nails done sooner. Helen spent a good 30min alone on my finger nails before she even started to apply the gel color I picked. I'm not saying the other nail technicians don't do a good job I'm saying that after having Helen do my nails I don't need to try anywhere else nor do I want anyone else to do my nails:) I recommend Helen to anyone who has been lacking the curtious customer service n quality you should get when u pay to get ur nails done!!:)
